My first ever vaping related DIY project. It is a bit of a tight fit on the Hammond 1590G but got it all fitted. The miniature switches were a bit long so had to cut them shorter, also shaved a bit of metal from the lip of the lid. Picture build below with some description. Next project will be a Raptor or an OKR Mod.

all the parts sorted. Sourced the parts from the following, element14, Jaycar, DeathguyJ and ebay As you can see there are two switches on the picture but ended up not using both and used a 16mm black dome switch instead.

the PWM board minus the IC which will be dropped into the IC socket.

Sanded one of the screw post in order for the battery sled to fit.

PWM Board with the IC and potentiometer for voltage adjustment.

Back side of the PWM board coated in liquid electrical tape to prevent shorts.

Mosfet soldered up with the resistor and wired up ready for installation

All required openings done, 510 connector, potentiometer and voltmeter slot.

testing fitment of the battery sled and voltmeter

Voltmeter, PWM Board and Potentiometer glued into place, it will be a tight fit

    Battery Sled glued in. [IMG]

Mosfet and two switched in place. One switch is for the master on and off while the second one for the the adjusted voltage reading

She is almost done. Test fitting the batteries.

This is how it looks, the hole for the potentiometer was a bit oversize but it all good. 510 connector is spring loaded.

    Battery Voltage Reading 8.0 V

Lowest Voltage is about 0.3 V, middle is about 3.4 V and highest it can go is about 6.9 V

Great job! How's the vape? There's nothing like vaping on something you built yourself.

Nice. Looks like a US ITW switch from Jaycar , nice choice, years of reliable service. Element14 used to sell a pot/knob combo that would fit nice, if they still sell them. I might have a few in my parts collection.

hii, if do not mind, i would like to ask for a PWM :

    - PWM schematic layout or part layout ?
    - list of PWM part that you use ?

i'd love to try make some at home, thanks.

    reply me please.
