Hi there. I think a litre bottle of nicotine liquid might draw some attention from the customs people. As DogMan said, it would be better to carry it in a few smaller bottles.
Your question will get more attention if you start a thread in this section of the forum: http://www.vapercafeaustralia.com/forums/nicotine-members-only.61/
Uff, I can't access there. I can't tap the link! I m with tapatalk dunno why I can't. I m sure that I must have max 100 ml bottles, but I would know if I can carry up to 1litre (divided in bottles) and up to 7,2%.can you please post this question in that link and then answer to me here, or I ask too much?
I think if you packed the bottles in your luggage (not carry on board) it will probably be ok. I've never heard of anyone having liquid confiscated on arrival, but that doesn't mean it hasn't happened. Legally, vaping is getting a lot of attention here recently, so things could change quickly and it's hard to give you advice I'm afraid.
I have carried in a few hundred mls in my suitcase on a couple of occasions without any problems, that's all I can say.
Are you bringing in unflavoured nicotine? A litre sounds like a lot for a short visit if that is why you are coming to Australia. They haven't stopped any imports yet but that doesn't mean it won't happen because while it is legal to import into Australia then occasionally the authorities say it is only if you have a prescription (and for a 3 months supply). If you wanted to bring some in for personal use then it might be better to bring in the minimum you will need for your stay. It depends on which state you are flying into as well. Customs is a Commonwealth Government agency and are unlikely to have state representatives at the airport but Queensland and Western Australian Governments are fairly heavy about vaping and some nicotine was confiscated by the Western Australian Government when it was mailed to Australia. Mailing some to yourself at an address in Australia might be an option for you if you have an address you can send to.
I hope this makes sense to you. The bottom line is we can't give you any accurate information and you will have to take your chances. Good luck with it.
Thanks . last question. Here in Italy I can vape everywhere, unless hospital and school.
And in Sydney where I can't vape?
