Feeling very sorry for myself as I seem to have come down with the Flu (apologies to all the guys I have laughed at here suffering Man flu)
Gosh its awful but the worst thing is that Vaping is hurting my raw & sore throat.
Thinking I need to make up a Max VG juice - will that help? Not vaping isn't a option.

    yep

flavours like butter and menthol can help too

add extra WTA to curb cravings with less puffs

you can not inhale, exhale through your nose direct from your mouth

Ah good advise - I dont like menthol and have no butter but how much WTA would I add to 100ml bottle if my end strength is 5mg? I know I can try and find it but I am sick and help will be appreciated :violin:

14ml will be just over 5mg. If your total finished is 100ml

That would be 5mg of WTA.

    What's your usual mix?

O.k.. Well, 5ml of 100mg in 100ml mix will be 5mg. Maybe double dose your drops of WTA in that?

Lol, sorry Doggie - clearly I am not expressing myself well - I know how much Vit N to add was wondering about doing a proper WTA addition instead of my "a few drops" will do it approach.
Thinking a Mod needs to move this convo over to the WTA thread but its not me tonight.

    You could try

    5.5ml WTA
    3ml 10% nic base
    91.5ml other stuff

Which would be 2mg WTA, plus the rest of your 5mg as plain nic. But 100ml is a lot to experiment with.

Unfortunately it's just trial and errors and different for everyone

Currently I am quite unwell with the lurgy and vaping has been hurting my throat - not vaping wasn't a option as even when I was a smoker I would smoke through every illness even though it caused me suffering - I would do anything for a Ciggie, after my last surgery as a smoker, the minute I woke up from the general - I was hightailing it down to the basement of Ballarat base hospital - in wheel chair and dragging the drip machine along with me!
I had another Op three or so years ago and that time I was a Vaper and no need for basement lurking as its easy to vape in the bathroom at the Hossie :)

Anyway yesterday I was in so much pain and really needed my Vape - so coming up with a gentle soothing juice was Vital - Dogman had the patience of a saint and talked me through making a High VG juice with WTA.
The end result couldn't have been better and I am rapt to be Vaping through this dreaded Lurgy :)

Moving our convo here as it was quite off topic in AC. :)

I must admit when I first got sick a few months ago it started with really sore throat and vaping made it worse
I coughed a lot too and it lasted for ages, (it was like having a smokers cough)
Hope you feel better soon Pippi XXX
