Either with or without nicotine.. but I'm more curious about without.

Lol, I'm the only one who submitted a poll answer :p

At the moment I would say I am addicted to both vaping and nicotine (in the juice). If you took the nic out for me right now, I'd go through withdrawal, and if I had to stop the hand-to-mouth behaviour, that would be hard as well..

My 2 cents worth is that I feel (and others say this) that vaping is not as addictive as smoking regular cigs. I regularly read stories of people who were able to cut the nicotine out of their juice over time, and even quit vaping.. seems to me that it is a lot easier to quit vaping than smoking.

What are the 'adverse consequences' of vaping?

I think a better term would be 'habit forming'. Even then, there is no study known that shows an habituating effect of nicotine sans cigarettes (e.g. NRT). There was a doctor who did studies involving providing quantities of nicotine to patients (treating Parkinsons, AFAIR). None of the test subjects showed any signs of craving for nicotine once the trial ended.

Nope not addicted to vaping but i have no plans to stop vaping, why should I stop doing something I enjoy when it is causing me less harm than crossing the street?
